The relaxing, healing power of our Being is always naturally present. It flows freely as long as we allow it to. It sounds so simple! Yet when we’re anxious, allowing our loving energy to flow seems the hardest thing to do. Anxiety takes over and our essential love and wisdom seem far away.

This workshop will present the first 3 Types of Confusion taught in Jack’s workshop, Dissolving the 11 Types of Confusion.

Left unchecked, these patterns of confused thinking release a stream of self-defeating thoughts and biases. For most of us, these thoughts remain not only unchecked, but invisible!

How many times have you asked yourself, with regret, “What was I thinking?” Time to find out!

When we release the thoughts that intensify our anxiety, our innate intelligence is right there, ready to heal and guide us. We discover our true courage and resilience to act with generosity, kindness and empathy.
