Being Your Own Best Friend – The Advanced Class

Do you realize that when you worry about what other people will think, you are rejecting yourself?

Do you realize that when you are afraid of failure, you are putting yourself down?

Do you realize that when you are “hard” on yourself, you are being mean?

Join Jack Elias, CHT, in this powerful 4 part webinar, each Wednesday in May, where you will learn, or refine your ability, to genuinely and consistently be your own best friend.

Being kind to yourself, being your own best friend, IS the Advanced class that almost no one takes. It seems too obscure and intimidating.

In this webinar series,Jack Elias walks you through the liberating steps of his potent “13 Types of Confusion” paradigm. The simple, yet powerful insights and techniques of the 13 Types paradigm has helped thousands of people quickly  break the bonds of self-defeating programming and restore their natural confidence in themselves.

“Jack teaches from a place of great certainty. We were encouraged to ask questions, which Jack proceeded to answer with a wonderful blend of humour, compassion and humility; and, at the same time, cutting through the illusions like a laser.” – Paul Thomas, Mid Wales Hypnotherapy, UK

“Fantastic wisdom bombs, as always! Lots packed into these classes. Too good!” – Robbie M., Tokyo, JAPAN

Jack says, “I often give my students and clients what I tell them is very advanced homework:

‘Every time you look in the mirror, smile at the one you see there and receive their smile back.’

Some are intimidated, even outraged, at such a proposal — practicing welcoming and loving that one in the mirror. One, an experienced PhD psychotherapist, threatened to leave class because I had proposed such a preposterous idea.”

How do you react? Even if you like the idea, would you practice it?

Self care and positive self-regard is often the last thing we think of doing.. Human society has existed in such a prolonged state of dysfunction precisely because most of us are taught to ignore being kind to ourselves!

As a result, we develop in a state of hyperactivity, running away from feeling our actual self, our natural state of being. If we create worldly success through our hyperactivity, that can be the biggest danger of all to simply being ourselves.

I read about a man who died at age 41 because he basically didn’t know “what to do with himself” after becoming a multi-billionaire. He thought the answer was to engage in extreme hyperactivity in trying to bio-hack his body to create long life. Ironically, pushing his body in this harsh way ended up killing him.

You deserve the time and care it takes to understand any confusions that block you from enjoying a meaningful relationship with yourself, others, and the world. Once you see them, you can become free from them! We can do it together.

“I LOVE this all so very much. I have to mute sometimes because I am laughing so much at your surprising insights.” – Steven F., Vermont, USA

“Just finished listening to the second class recording for the second time. It was so beautiful. At times I was smiling, nodding and weeping. So beautiful and real. Thank you for your amazing work and all it means to so many.” – Ruth L., Washington, USA
