More Thoughts on Link Between Procrastination and Addictions

We are all familiar with procrastinating. However, procrastination can be very subtle and difficult to address. It may even seem innocent.

Has it occurred to you that being satisfied with “knowing intellectually (but it doesn’t help)” is procrastination?

Has it occurred to you that all our avoidance strategies are procrastination?
We are not just avoiding the things “out there”, we are avoiding supporting ourselves inwardly.

We may not see the link between procrastination and subtle unconscious addictive patterns. We may not recognize subtle addictive patterns are all symptoms of self-rejection just like obvious addictions such as substance addiction, disordered eating, porn, or other compulsive habits.

All of the habitual patterns that cause us to suffer are addictive patterns of self-rejection.

In this 4-part webinar beginning Wednesday, October 23, 2024, Jack will show you how procrastination is a disguised addiction of self-rejection. He will reveal how procrastination protects the addictive patterns!

Jack will show you how to practice deep self-acceptance, enabling you to face these subtle addictions, free of shame and guilt. You will stop wasting your precious time and energy procrastinating. You will discover a new clarity of mind and self-loving heart, restoring your natural capacity to relate to the world with joy instead of acting out joyless, boring, addictive habit patterns.
